After 3 years of ownership, planning, neighbour hood resistance & building delays, we are delighted to report the sale of our client's Evo New Homes unique luxury home in Kiln Lane Redlynch for £460,000. The property was completed in April 2009 as part of a  two home court yard concept conceived in conjunction with our award winning conservation architects Williams Lester.

The four bed cottage was sold immediately, however, "the barn" as it was affectionately known has taken a further seven months to sell after a number of false starts with buyers in chains! Despite the downturn in the market since Nov 2007 & asa result having a very quiet spring/summer period in terms of quality viewings & bids, against agents advice we decided to hold firm on our price, only redcuing it from £495,000 at the end of the summer, this value was originally projected when we acquired the project in 2006 unconditionally.

We feel that our flare for sourcing quality sites in great locations & our attention & focus on design detail & quality has served us well & assisted us in maintaining much higher than average values for our homes given average depreciation, which in turn will make sure that our homes better retain their value for our home purchasers.

The property completes on the 17th December & we wish our buyers Mr & Mrs Foot a stress free move & many happy years in their new home.

Talbot Woods Appeal Success Again!

Aug 2009, JPC obtain planning for 7 luxury apartments in prestigous Glenferness Avenue, within the Talbot Woods & Meyrick Park conservation area. The site is now being replanned for a scheme of 6 town houses as this may prove more marketable in 2010 than flats.

Reunited again

After relocating to Bath with her husband and having her first child "Ollie" who is now 15 months, Jason is delighted to report that his former PA & Marketing Manager Victoria Leamon has returned to Bournemouth and they are coconspiring once again...Victoria reported that she is thrilled to be back working with Jason & is keen to add value & create momentum with all our exciting new business projects both in the property & internet marketing sector.
